1.)     provide support and enable adoption of new knowledge and skills through continuous education of teachers and expert associates who work in multi-ethnic and multi-cultural community in post-war conditions.

2.)     creation of school curriculum, and subject curriculum that will, by incorporating new content and methods of teaching, be more adapted to the educational needs of a multi-ethnic society.

Professional education of teachers in the framework of The New School was named in the Catalogue of Professional Gatherings for 2003.

Programme is simultaneously carried out in the schools of Baranja, Vukovar and Laslovo, and more than forty primary school teachers are participating. Programme offers professional education to teachers as well as the exchange of experiences through Small teacher supportive groups.
