News   In the framework of The New School Project on the 19th of October 2006, in the Council chamber of Vukovar-Sirmyum County in Vukovar, the meeting was held between representatives of NDC Osijek, Her Excellency Elisabeth Walaas Norwegian Ambassador to Croatia and representatives of local government and institutions.   The meeting was attended by representatives of City of Vukovar, Vukovar-Sirmyum County and State administration in charge of education as well as by Director of Agency for Education of the Republic of Croatia, Osijek branch and President of Coordination of National Minority Councils. There was also a representative of Parents’ Club “For the Children of Vukovar”   The meeting was focused on next steps in the realisation of The New School Project. All attendees expressed a support for The New School Project and satisfaction with the way it is being carried out by involving all important actors of the educational system in Vukovar. Attendees especially emphasised that the project is designed in a way to ensure benefit for all inhabitants of Vukovar region.   back...
