Promotion of the film in Mrkopalj
Promotion of the film Untold Stories is going to take place in the premises of the Culture Home in Mrkopalj, on the 19th of September, starting at 18,00h.
Untold stories within the Miramidani programme
Untold Stories have been shown within the programme Peace building days-Miramidani, that took place in Grožnjan, from 11th to 15th of September 2009.
Untold Stories on the HTV (Croatian national television)
Section of the programme for the national minorities, civil society and Diaspora on HTV, called „Prizma“, with whom we have a long and fruitful cooperation, will start with broadcasting of the stories from the “Untold Stories” film, one by one. Stories will be broadcasted for four weeks, starting on 25th of July 2009.
Untold Stories on the Hayat TV
With the help of our colleagues from NDC Sarajevo, we have established a contact with representatives of independent TV station Hayat from Sarajevo. They broadcasted Untold stories to their viewers on 11 th of July 2009.

Osijek TV has broadcasted Untold Stories
On the Day of the Croatian State, on 25th of June, at 9:00 pm, Untold Stories were shown on Osijek TV. On the day before, viewers of Osijek TV were informed about the film and about the whole Project of Dealing with the Past by Juraj Bilić, a project coordinator at NDC Osijek, who was a hosted on OSTV.
Promotion and premiere of the film in Sarajevo
In cooperation with our colleagues from NDC Sarajevo, the premier of our film was carried out for Bosnia and Herzegovina at 23rd of June 2009, at 7:00 pm in premises of Mediacentar, Sarajevo in front of almost hundred people. Before the film started, His Excellency Jan Braathu, Norwegian Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina has addressed the audience and shared with them his thoughts on the importance of such a positive approach to dealing with the past issues. Mr. Braathu has emphasised that this kind of our mutual history, dealing with civil courage, must never be forgotten, as well as the negative part of the history. After the movie was screened Svetlana Broz, director of the organisation Gariwo from Sarajevo, who also collects similar stories from the war for a long time already, addressed the audience with her thoughts, as well as representatives of Nansen Dialogue Centres from Sarajevo and Osijek. Actors from the stories from Sarajevo and Livno also took part at this premier, as well as their families. During open discussion all of the people present agreed that these stories and this film deserve to “enter” homes of all of the people in the region, disregarding their nationality, religion or status. Many of those present their offered their help in the distribution and the promotion of the movie.
Promotion and premiere of the film in Vukovar
First local promotion of the film took place in Vukovar, on 25th of May, in Hotel Lav, at 7:00 pm. Premier was attended by representatives of war veteran organisations and their families, representatives of civil society, politicians and many interested citizens of Vukovar. Film was received warmly by all those present.
Promotion of the film in Derventa
The film Untold stories was, for the second time, presented in Derventa, on Friday, 24th of April 2009, within the traditional manifestation “Ceker sijela”, in organization of Mr. Fadil Pelešić from International, multi-religious, and intercultural centre “Together”. Approximately fifty citizens of Derventa watched the film, and some of their comments were that the film is “relaxing, because it relieves the stress and the tensions that are still present among all of us”. The first presentation of the film was organized by a foreign organization Pax Christi from Derventa.
